“Severe cockroaches and a carpet beetle infestation. Security is a real problem: locker break-ins, and lobby furniture and e-bikes stolen from the garage. E-bikes are taken up and down in the elevators, and some units appear to be charging large numbers of batteries, which is a serious fire risk. There also appear to be overcrowded units and informal rooming arrangements on several floors.”
