“Location is great and I love my sunny unit. Management, though, is awful: there's usually at least one thing not working. One of the two elevators has been out of service for over a month, so it takes a long time to get from the upper floors to the lobby. My fire alarm has gone off randomly at 2 AM for no reason, twice. The package system is currently broken too. A package the courier marked as delivered to the building last week was lost, and rather than help, the staff just said it was the courier's fault.”
