“The elevators are unreliable and break down frequently; elevator 3 has been out of service for four months. There's a garbage smell in the building, and the common areas have gotten less clean over the years. There are some pest issues, the basement parking is leaking, and the hot water is unstable (hot sometimes, cold other times, on the same setting). The gym has a lot of broken equipment.”
