Current resident · published 2026-10-23 reported elevator outage in past month

Elevators: 2/5Pests: 4/5Noise: 2/5Heat & water: 4/5Management: 3/5

“The building was originally renovated to three storeys, and management added a fourth without notifying residents. The noise during that work was unbearable, and there's still occasional work on the fourth floor adding to it. The elevator is extremely slow and has been out of service for long stretches. There's also a lot of construction in the neighbourhood (including at the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club) that adds constant noise.”
