“Water and hydro are often shut off, between the constant nearby construction and issues with tenants. There's a lot of turnover, with people always moving in and out. The laundry room has only two machines, and tenants often smoke in front of the entrances. There are no elevators, so delivery people tend to leave packages in the laundry room, and neighbours have had packages stolen. New management has taken over, but there haven't been any real changes. The building also has few three-prong outlets, so it can be tough to plug in appliances.”
