“Residents report management entering units without proper notice or an emergency, and problems with how notices are handled. Services (elevator, water, laundry, parking) go down without warning. Not recommended for anyone with limited mobility, as the door open/close buttons often don't work. There's no on-site administrator, and parking security and accessibility for residents are poor.”
